PREAMBLE

This Privacy Policy is an integral annex to the Public Offer Agreement on the terms of use of information and technical services of the web platform «localizify.com», located at https://localizify.com/terms, hereinafter referred to as the "Public Agreement".

The terms used in the Privacy Policy are used in the meaning determined by the Public Offer Agreement.

The Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and storage conditions of your confidential data by the Licensor (Localizify) when you interact with the services of the web platform localizify.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party applications or software that integrate with the services of the Site, as well as in any other third-party products, services, or companies.

We do not store any information in your browser that, by itself, could identify you as an individual.

If you do not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, do not use the services of the Site.

This Privacy Policy is valid for the entire duration of the Public Offer Agreement.

1. WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

   1. When you use the services of the Site, we collect the following information

         2. if you log in to the site using a social media account - we receive from the servers of social networks your personal data posted by you in the account of the corresponding social network, Localizify does not independently collect information from your social media accounts.

         1. web log data that is recorded automatically when you enter the site, which may contain the Internet Protocol (IP) address, other network identifiers, the address of the previous web page, the type and settings of the browser, the date and time of use of the websites, information about the browser configuration, plugins, language preferences, and cookie data;
         2. information about devices that have access to the services of the Site, including the type of device, the installed operating system, device settings, device identifiers, and failure data.
         3. information about cookies, which helps to collect the above information. When you visit the Site, we send one or more cookies to your computer or other devices. Cookies are used to improve the quality of the Site's services by saving the Site's user settings. Cookies are required for your authentication. This can be avoided. Payment information about the payer is collected by our payment system (card number, card expiration date, CVC, or bank account number, full name of the payer, billing address, financial phone number) or by the servicing bank when paying royalties by a company or organization according to the invoice/invoice for non-residents (bank account number, company or organization name, company or organization registration code). Localizify does not independently collect any payment information about the payer but has access to bank statements, where such information is accumulated by the payment service and/or the servicing bank.

2. PURPOSE OF INFORMATION PROCESSING

   1. Localizify processes confidential information for the following purposes:
      1. to personalize the users of the Site to verify the user's legal capacity, which is necessary to conclude the Agreement and use the services of the Site;
      2. to communicate with users in the framework of ensuring the use of the services of the Site (sending service messages, technical and administrative letters, informing security, changes in the Privacy Policy);
      3. to support users (registration of incoming messages from users to monitor the quality of service, verify the accuracy of the information, train staff or user service representatives);
      4. to personalize the services of the Site in accordance with work interests and requests for the user's translation (storage, archiving of the translation history for the automatic use of this data for further translations);
      5. for statistical research for aggregated analysis, market research and planning for the development of the Site;
      6. to ensure information security of the Site on the Internet (control over unauthorized access, an abnormal number of requests to the Site servers, prevention, and investigation of errors in the Site, technical problems, and abuse that may harm users and the Site);
      7. to provide marketing information activities (sending information messages about the news of the Site, invitations to take part in opinion polls to improve the Site, the user may refuse to receive marketing messages).

3. CONFIDENTIALITY OF CONTENT

   1. The agreement prohibits the use of personal information of individuals in the content for translation. When using Localizify services, you are solely responsible for the use of such personal data in content, translation terms. The user guarantees that before sending the content for translation to the site, the user has made sure that the content does not contain anyone's data and has previously made the appropriate adjustments to the content.
   2. Localizify does not, under any circumstances, verify personal data that will somehow be revealed in the content for translation, translation histories.

4. STORAGE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

   1. The operator of confidential information received by Localizify on the Site is the Licensor.
   2. he storage period for confidential information is during the period of using the services of the Site and for another 24 months after that.
   3. The user has the right to send a request to Localizify by e-mail localizify@gmail.com o provide information about what confidential information about the user is stored in Localizify and a request to remove such information from the Localizify databases. A request to delete confidential information about a user of the Site also means the removal of Localizify's user account, since it contains personal data.

5. INFORMATION SECURITY

   1. ocalizify has a legal obligation to protect any information we collect from you. We protect your data and adhere to strict security standards to prevent unauthorized access to it. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
   2. Please note that despite all the measures taken, no method of transmission or method of electronic storage of information is 100% secure, but Localizify will take all available ways to mitigate the consequences of a possible violation of confidentiality as a result of illegal actions of unauthorized persons and immediately inform the user about such case as for him.

6. CASES OF DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

   1. Confidential information will be disclosed at a written request from law enforcement agencies and / or by court order as part of an investigation of criminal offenses committed by certain users.
   2. Localizify insists on keeping users from using the Site for deliberately illegal purposes, transferring the content of prohibited content to the Site as specified in clause 4.2. Agreements.
   3. Confidential information from a specific account can be provided at the request of an authorized representative of the corporate user (licensee), who is considered the owner of the account, or at the request of an individual user about the activity of the account of a group of authorized users.

7. PRIVACY COMMUNICATION

   1. All statements, user requests on the issues specified in this Privacy Policy, send Localizify to e-mail localizify@gmail.com with a note in the subject line "Privacy issue".
   2. The response time to an appeal is 15 days. The response is sent to the e-mail from which the request has been sent to Localizify.

8. PRIVACY POLICY AMENDMENTS

   1. Localizify reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time at its sole discretion from the user's messages about it or without notice.
   2. The user undertakes to familiarize himself with the current provisions of this Privacy Policy at least once every 30 days, all the time while using the services of the Site.
